Laura D. Wilcox is a joyful and dedicated wife, mother, life coach, speaker and author. Her

Laura’s goal is to motivate individuals to improve their lives locally and globally through her techniques and her desire to help others be their best. Her inspirational leadership, integrity, personality and proven ability to guide others has been respected for more than 15 years!
As owner and CEO of her life coaching business, Laura has been professionally teaching clients to break habits and achieve their goals since 2002. She provides services that empower men and women to overcome adversity, retrain their mind and accomplish their objectives. She utilizes relaxation techniques and other mental exercises to help clients create a positive mindset and become their better self. Laura guides her clients to implement tools and options to move forward in their personal lives. She supports them as they move through the process by offering skills to strengthen their mind, break negative thinking and create positive success in their personal and/or professional lives. Laura offers a Christian faith perspective when working with her clients, citing values and prayer as instrumental to achieving personal
goals and success.
At last, Laura puts her knowledge, experience and ideas to paper in her first book, “Faith and he Second Hand”. The purpose of this book is to help those with any type of addiction issue or blockage overcome these barriers and lead their best lives with purpose through their faith in God. Laura offers practical exercises and steps that will lead to success.
Laura is a graduate of San Diego State University. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work in 1998. Laura is a lifetime member of the Pasadena Junior Chamber (Jaycees). The Jaycees is an organization for individuals between the ages of 21 and 40 years old that promotes community service and leadership development. She was an active member for 13 years and served as the chapter’s Director of Training in 2009. She also served as Chaplain for the California Junior Chamber in 2007. Laura has been Vice President of her women’s networking group, Women Inspired Networking Group “WINGs” since 2015.
Laura, her supportive and loving husband Corbet and their precocious and brilliant foster child reside in Pasadena, California.
